At Track Bandits, every order is made to order — ensuring quality, precision, and sustainability in every piece we produce. Below you’ll find all the details on how our shipping process works.
Order Processing & Fulfilment

Once your order is placed, it enters a short review window of up to 12 hours.
This allows time for any special requests — such as size, colour, or order cancellations — to be made before production begins. -
After this period, your order moves into production, which typically takes 1–2 working days.

Once fulfilment has been confirmed and your item is in production, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse and production facility in Wuxi, China.
Each item is custom-made and packaged with care before being handed off to our logistics partners.
Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping times and rates vary depending on destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to location or customs clearance.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow its journey to your doorstep.
While we work closely with our couriers to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as weather, customs inspections, or courier delays may occasionally affect shipping times. These are unfortunately beyond our control — but rest assured, we’ll always do our best to assist and keep you informed.
