Return & Refund Policy

At Track Bandits, each item is made to order — produced specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Below outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Lost Packages

If your package is lost during shipping and does not arrive, we will issue a full refund once the loss is confirmed by the courier.

2. Significant Shipping Delays

If your order experiences a considerable delay (e.g., more than 1 week past the expected delivery window) but is eventually delivered, we will refund the shipping cost as a gesture of goodwill.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email thetrackbandits@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case with our supplier and issue a replacement or refund if the damage is confirmed.

4. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll investigate and either resend the correct item or issue a refund.

5. Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier that are later reported as lost or stolen (e.g., left on a front porch or at a designated drop-off location). Please contact your local courier for assistance in these cases.

6. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins.
Once your order has entered production or been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

7. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
